The RingCentral Click to Call system enables users and website visitors to connect to each other through the Internet. RingCentral subscribers can call out from the computer by clicking on a contact’s name or number and pressing a hotkey. This enables a faster way of communicating to business contacts, and it also eliminates the need to copy a number from the computer screen to the telephone. This reduces the chances of dialing the wrong number. After you click on a contact, RingCentral will call your number. Upon answering, you would then be connected to the contact you selected. You may use any phone number with this feature, but your RingCentral number will show as the caller ID. This helps you project a more professional image to clients. You may call your existing RingCentral as well as your Outlook contacts. With the RingCentral and Microsoft integration, you can easily dial out numbers of business partners and possible new customers. In the same way that you can call out through your computer, website visitors and email recipients may also call your RingCentral number through the Click to Call Me feature. The process is the same with the Click to Call Out service, making it easier for customers and partners to reach you.
