You can download either the RingMe icon or text code to place on Web sites, emails or internet ads. When a caller clicks your RingMe link, a pop up box opens on his/her computer.
The caller enters his/her phone number, clicks the Call button and RingCentral calls the person. When the caller answers, RingCentral then dials your incoming number.
The incoming call will follow the answering and routing rules you have set up. You can screen the call per your configuration, answer it, route it, or allow it to follow the pre-configured answering and routing rules you have set up.
