RingCentral Mobile provides subscribers with a comprehensive and systematic call logs services that enable them to keep track of all call and message activities. Each transaction is immediately logged, including time and date stamps, as well as the actual voicemail or fax message. However, after 30 days, the fax and voicemail messages are removed, but the transaction record and time and date stamps remain in the call log. Users my view the call logs according to date, time, caller ID and type of transaction (call, fax or voicemail). Phone numbers that are stored in the phonebook appear with their name and other details, such as location and company name. RingCentral Mobile lets users export their call logs into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which can be used for analyses and reports. Information such as the type of transaction, length of calls, date and time would be able to provide users a tool for cost analysis. This is highly useful for call centers and businesses that use their RingCentral Mobile number for customer service. Results of transactions can also be monitored, such as missed calls and unsuccessful fax transactions. All transactions of all extension numbers, including voicemails and faxes, are logged into a single record.

How long are my records of calls and faxes stored in my account? >>

When someone dials your RingCentral number or if you dial out using your RingCentral number, the transaction is stored in your online account indefinitely. Each transaction is date- and time-stamped. Complete records—meaning the actual voicemail and/or fax sent to you—are accessible for an unlimited time, up to 200 faxes, in your online account. All your faxes will also be stored indefinitely in your Call Controller inbox.

What kind of information is logged? >>

Call logs provide information on the type of transaction (e.g., call, fax), activity (missed, etc.), the length of the transaction, and the date and time. You can download this information for your main number and your extensions into an Excel spreadsheet for a cost analysis.

Where are my faxes and voicemail stored? >>

Faxes and voicemail are stored for an unlimited time, up to 200 message, in your online account. All your messages will also be stored indefinitely in your Call Controller inbox; however, you can also have them sent to your email account, where they can be stored for a longer period of time.
