RingCentral Mobile features VoIP answering rules, enabling users to have the flexibility to adjust its communication system according to changing works schedules and availability. Calls can be routed to any phone number or extension, based on different factors which subscribers can set. Different greetings may be selected for each time of the day, by simply configuring the system to play a certain greeting for a specific time of the day. Aside from the custom greetings, you may also change the forwarding numbers depending on the time of the day or day of the week. For instance, you may forward calls to your cell phone after office hours and to your home phone number during weekends. This ensures that you receive all important calls all the time. Aside from receiving calls, RingCentral Mobile answering rules also lets you modify which contacts may reach you at different times of the day. For instance, VIPs may be set to automatically go straight to your cell phone, regardless of the other answering rules. Family members can also be listed in your contacts list and may be sent directly to cell phone by default. Contacts may also be sent to voicemail by default during weekends, except for a select few which can be sent to a business partner’s number for times when the main number owner is unavailable.
