You’ll be able to automatically fax documents to callers or customers from where ever you are: in the office, at home, on the road or on vacation. You can also pre-load documents such as real estate listings or restaurant menus and have them automatically faxed to a requesting caller.
This is especially useful for real estate agents. Assign each of your listings to an extension, record a message describing the property, then ask the caller to enter their fax number to get the listing information faxed to them. Best of all: the caller’s number is registered in your Call Logs. You’ll know who called and what listing they are interested in for later call back.
Fax on Demand is an optional feature.
